Learner characteristics is a learning process that produce ability independently. Learning and teaching become a composite in the learning process that will prepare a new leader or teacher in understanding a system which we will do in the process of learning. It also teaches how the way learning and teaching capable to change learner to be better. In the learning also have to be able to interact with learners in using many ways. It is one of thing that can be done to practice in a relation learning process. Before learning and teaching will be conducted, anticipate and prepare of some questions that may asked by learner must be ready. In addition, the learning and teaching that lead a teacher must be preparation such as read a lot of books, analyze, evaluate everything information that there is relation with it. In other word, a teacher must understand many thing to be a professional instructor.
