SOME COOPERATIVE LEARNING TECHNIQUES
Cooperative learning is more elaborate than group work activity. Cooperative learning can be incorporated into your classroom management system. If you train your students to work effectively in groups, the results can be a very productive and fun learning environment.
Inside-Outside Circle
Inside-Outside Circle that allows movement and is an excellent way to have the students summarizes and review information or extends thinking.  Students form two circles, one within the other. Each circle will have the same number of students. The students in the inner circle turn outward and the outside circle turns inward so the students are facing each other. The teacher poses a question or presents a problem and the students discuss their thoughts, solutions and ideas with the person they are facing. When the discussion time is up, the teacher has one of the circles move to the left to face a new partner. These new partners share and compare their answers or solutions with each other and then the teacher asks the students to share with the whole group. The teacher might ask how the partner discussions changed (or didn’t change) their thinking. These steps can be repeated until all of the questions have been addressed or until times runs out.

                                                      HOT SEAT
1.      A student is asked to sit on in front of the class
.      With the topic has been decided, the other students must deliver questions related a topic.
3.      The hot sweater should answer the question in quick.
4.      When the whole classes finish delivering questions, the teacher asks them to review what they have discussed.
Talking Chips

Teammates place Talking Chips in the center of the table to make sure everyone contributes to the team discussion.

Setup: Teams have talking chips (maximum: two chips each.)
1. The teacher provides a discussion topic and provides think time.
2. Any student begins the discussion; placing one of his/her chips in the center of the table.
3. Any student with a chip continues discussing, using his/her chip.
4. When all chips are used, teammates each collect their chips and continue the discussion using their talking chips.
