Autonomy
The term autonomy = autonomy, autonomous (Dictionary English Indonesian) means the ability to govern themselves, take care of yourself, or set up their own interests (Steinberg, 1993: 286).
According to Steinberg (quoted Fleming, 2005, p. 2), independence is defined as the ability of individuals to behave, feel, and make decisions based on his own will.
Aspects of independence by Steinberg:
1. Emotional Independence
An aspect of independence that is associated with changes in the emotional closeness of the relationship between individuals, such as emotional relationship with his parents.
2. Independence behavior
Is an ability to make decisions without depending on others and do it responsibly.
3. Independence value
Is the ability to interpret a set of principles of right and wrong, about what is important and what is not important?

Action
Action research is a process of learning, which is a spiral cycleruns continuously to investigate the plan, action, observation and systematic reflection. Action research is not static but is a dynamic process of teaching experience. Action research is a process and methods of learning and knowing through action and experience. Therefore, the meaning of 'action research' interpreted as research by higher education faculty in teaching practice their own with the aim to change the social circumstances, advance teaching-learning process and improve the quality of the educational curriculum each high.

Teachers as a regulator or learning scenarios maker should be able to provide meaningful learning to students. The trick is to bring the students' understanding of the meaning contained in materials physics. In the subject matter physics contains many elements that can foster students' self awareness. Some examples can we write here is as follows:
A.    Regularity and compliance members of the solar system in bervolusi and rotated. They always obey the laws of physics (the laws). They realize (have self awareness) will position and its position as a member of the solar system. Just one of the members of non-compliance (do not have self awareness) of the position and its position, it will lead to chaos in the solar system. Allah has created the solar system with regularity such that the members of the solar system can work in harmony.

B.     The attraction between the electric charge repulsion between similar and dissimilar electrical charges. Attraction of negative charge on the low potential by the positive charge on the high potential in an electrical conductor causes electrical current. It showed that the negative charge and positive charge has self awareness. They realized that their compliance with the laws of physics (the laws) will bring benefits for life.

C.     Magnetism of the earth, the earth we live in, it is also to act as a magnet having a north pole and a south pole. Both poles are always issued a magnetic field from the north pole to the south pole that always protects the earth from solar flares. Friction between the magnetic field and solar flares have resulted in the presence of symptoms of the aurora in the north and south poles of the earth. This happens because the earth is always aware (having self-awareness) to abide by and adhere to the laws of him.


Two studies examined undergraduates' met cognitive awareness of six empirically-supported learning strategies. Study 1 results overall suggested an inability to predict the learning outcomes of educational scenarios describing the strategies of dual-coding, static-media presentations, low-interest extraneous details, testing, and spacing; there was, however, weak endorsement of the strategy of generating one's own study materials. In addition, an independent measure of met cognitive self-regulation was correlated with scenario performance. Study 2 demonstrated higher prediction accuracy for students who had received targeted instruction on applied memory topics in their psychology courses, and the best performance for those students directly exposed to the original empirical studies from which the scenarios were derived. In sum, this research suggests that undergraduates are largely unaware of several specific strategies that could benefit memory for course information; further, training in applied learning and memory topics has the potential to improve met cognitive judgments in these domains.
